Timberlake & Dickson has been responsible for furnishing multiple types of equipment for this facility throughout the years to meet the specific performance requirements of the facility, including Evapco cooling towers, and domestic water pressure booster systems. Additionally, scopes of work have included training key personnel on operation and maintenance, providing all necessary documentation, and ensuring a smooth handover, all aimed at enhancing the facility’s operating efficiency and reliability.
Notable facts:
Equinix purchased the Infomart building in 2018 from ASB Real Estate Investments for $800 million. This acquisition allowed Equinix to solidify its presence as the primary operator within the iconic technology hub, further expanding its data center footprint and interconnection services in the Dallas market.
